etc. It means our product has the customized nature. For each inquiry, our

2.How to do order placement process?

will get in touch with you to discuss your needs and prompt the purchase

3.What payment options are available?
We support Paypal, International Bank
transfer, Local brank account including European region and Australia.
4.If there are MOQ requirement?
Our MOQ is flexible, mainly depends on your
needs, but price depends on quantity.
5.Can I do customization?
Yes! For wheels configuration, we can
provide different combinations which we can customize according to you needs.
For the painting and decals, we provide one-stop service to provide.
Shipping & Delivery
1.What’s the
shipping cost and is tax included in the price?
Shipping cost depends on product
specification, quantity and country, we’ll select the best shipping way to
offer. (DPS, UPS, DHL, Fedex, As for tax, usually we provide freight include
tax, door-to-door service, but mainly depends on which country you are in. When
you inquiry, you can send us your country, then we’ll provide the shipping cost
to you together.
2.What is the shipping time for orders?
Depends on country and courier. If you are
urgent, we can select the fast courier for you, to send the product to you as
soon as possible.
3.Are products available in stock or what’s
the lead time?
If there is in stock 1~3days; while out of
stock, we’ll produce according to customer needs, the lead time of rim/wheelset
usually is 10~15days. 20~45days for frame.
