    Warranty Policy: All OrnanBike products go through strict quality control at every step of the manufacturing process and reach your hands in perfect condition. As an experienced manufacturer of carbon fiber rims and carbon bike wheelset, we enhance your riding experience by offering quality products and a 24-month warranty for all our carbon fiber products If you find any manufacturing defects in the carbon fiber rims during the warranty period, please contact info@ornanbike.com and provide any necessary evidence of evaluation. Coverage: 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. Conditions: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the initial purchaser. Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase, defect image, video and product serial number. If any manufacturing defects occur within 90 days from the date of receipt, the OrnanBike is obliged to replace the carbon fibre rims and pay the freight. If any manufacturing defects occur after 91 days and up to 24 months, the OrnanBike is obligated to replace the carbon fiber rims and the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If there is a problem with the warranty replacement product, you should file a claim within 7 days after receiving the replacement product, otherwise it will be considered as a settled. The warranty period applies to the original purchase date and will not be reset due to rim replacement. The warranty does not cover the following: ● Normal wear and tear on the surface finish, spokes, nipples, bearings, rim tape, decals, stickers, etc. ● Install parts, accessories or tires not originally intended for or compatible with the rims and wheelset. ● Improper assembly or maintenance, including modification and maintenance by unauthorized technicians. ● Damage and malfunction due to collision, accidental damage, product misuse, non-compliance with manufacturer’s specifications for use, or any other unreasonable cause ● Damage caused by user negligence, vandalism or natural disasters. Claims for damage or loss of shipment: Please thoroughly inspect the package before signing. ● If there is no damage, sign for the product. If there is damage, report this on the delivery slip or, alternatively, refuse the shipment and it will be returned to Ornan Bike. If a claim is made against the shipping company, they will provide a compensation number. Please inform Ornan Bike of this number for delivery tracking. Arrangements for reshipment will be made within 10~15 business days upon receiving the returned item. ● If the items are damaged but accepted and not reported, there is no recourse against the delivery company and you are responsible for purchasing any replacement product. ● If the package is in good condition, but the product is significantly damaged in transit, please keep the waybill, packaging and the shipment gets lost in transit, please get in touch with us (info@ornanbike.com) immediately and all Ornan Bike packages have been covered by insurance.
