Product Overview

The PRO-12 is available in two weight options to suit different build preferences. Both versions share the same rim geometry, including a 22.5 mm internal width, 29 mm external width and asymmetric profile.

With its fully enclosed carbon construction, the PRO-12 is designed for rear-wheel use in road time trial and triathlon setups.

Asymmetric Rim Profile

The PRO-12 features an asymmetric rim profile as part of its structural design. Combined with its fully enclosed carbon construction, the design gives the rear disc wheel a distinctive profile for time trial and triathlon applications.

Rim Geometry and Tire Compatibility

The PRO-12 features a 22.5 mm internal width and a 29 mm external width, with compatibility for 28C–35C tires. These dimensions make it suitable for modern time trial and triathlon setups using a range of road tire widths.

OEM/ODM Custom Carbon Disc Wheel Options

The ORNAN PRO-12 offers flexible OEM/ODM customization options to meet different brand and rider preferences.

• Weight Options: 

Both weight figures refer to the rear disc wheel: Standard at 930 g ±40 g and Ultralight at 880 g ±40 g. Both versions share the same 22.5 mm internal width, 29 mm external width and asymmetric rim profile, allowing you to choose your preferred weight configuration without changing the rim geometry.

• Carbon Weave & Finish: 

Available in UD / 3K / 12K / 18K carbon weaves, with glossy and paint-free finish options. The UD paint-free finish offers a minimalist look with the raw carbon surface visible and potential weight savings. Please note that the 3K and 12K options add approximately 110 g to the weight.

• Carbon Panel Designs: 

Choose from 5-piece, 6-piece and 8-piece carbon panel designs to create distinct visual styles for your brand or personal preference.
