DESCRIPTION

The ORNANBIKE Race Pro Series features ultralight 700C carbon spoke wheelsets designed for road racing, lightweight road bike builds, and OEM/ODM wheelset development.

With a 22mm internal rim width and 30mm external width, the series combines lightweight T800/T1000 carbon rims, 3.2mm flat UD carbon spokes, and ORNAN's SD16-A road disc hub system.

The rims feature a UD paint-free finish that displays the natural carbon fiber surface without a conventional decorative paint layer. The clincher rims are also tubeless-ready for use with compatible tires and installation components.

In addition, The ultra-light carbon spoke wheelset not only adopts harder and lighter carbon spokes,but also provide excellent rigidity without affecting weight.

The widened internal width of 22mm ensures that you can drive smoothly in all kinds of road conditions, climbing slopes and flat conditions.

1.Ultralight T800/T1000 Carbon Rim Construction

The Race Pro Series uses T800 and T1000 carbon fiber in its rim construction, with nominal rim weights starting at approximately 310g for the 22mm-depth model.

The series offers nine rim depths for different wheel-building requirements, from shallow, weight-focused configurations to deeper-section road racing wheels.

2.UD Paint Free Carbon rim Finish

The UD paint-free finish preserves the visible carbon fiber surface without applying a conventional decorative paint layer. At the same time, this approach provides a minimalist carbon appearance and avoids the additional material associated with that paint layer.

3.3.2mm Flat UD Carbon Spokes

The Race Pro wheelsets use 3.2mm-wide flat UD carbon fiber spokes. It provides an lightweight upgrade options for racing wheelsets, with a focus on lightweight wheel design and transfer the power more directly.

4.SD16-A Hub with 36T / 54T Ratchet Options

SD16-A is straight-pull road disc hub, features ceramic bearing and 36T/54T options.
